Just 100 meters away, there is a take away shop with traditional food, where you can sit as well and eat. In 300 meters there is a beachfront restaurant as well.

The whole area has holiday houses. The nearest supermarket is LIDL and is located 2.5 km away. In the main road of Kiti, 3 km away, you ll find a lot of cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and shops.
When you enter the white entrance, you ll find the patio. Then the door of the house is on your left. On the ground floor there is a living room with a couch converting to a double bed, dining area and a kitchen. Also, a guest toilet. Electrical appliances, such as oven, gas cooker, fridge, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine are available. All cooking facilities and serving dishes as well. Outside of the living room, there is a nice covered patio, where you can relax. Next to the house there are another 2 houses. Both are attached on the patio side. From the patio, there is an exit to the sea, which is only few steps away.
There are stairs leading to the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The one bedroom with the double bed of 160×200 cm has a desk as well and a small veranda with sea view. The bathroom is on the middle of the 2 bedrooms. The bathroom has a corner shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with size 107×200 cm.
There is an uncovered parking near the house.
