Although the house is located in the heart of Protaras, the area is quiet. You can find restaurants, cafes and bars at a walking distance. Opposite in 50 meters diatance, there is a large supermarket.

Guests have full access of the house, the garden and the patio in front. Also, there is a free parking at the entrance.

In the living room, there is a large corner sofa that can be converted to a double bed. There is also a 42 inches flat cable TV.
